摘要
研究了十种助交联剂 :EDTA四钠盐 ,柠檬酸钠 ,硫酸铝 ,焦磷酸钠 ,三聚磷酸钠 ,硅酸钠 ,硼砂 ,亚硝酸钠 ,硫代硫酸钠 ,正丁醇 /正辛醇 (1 / 1 ,体积比 )对XP 98柴油基压裂液的影响。结果发现 ,在一定的剪切速率 (1 70s- 1 )下 ,助交联剂对XP 98柴油基压裂液的合成和性能的提高有很大作用。其中EDTA四钠盐和硼砂可以显著改进压裂液的抗温、抗剪切性能 ,与不加助交联剂或添加硫酸法相比 ,压裂液粘度提高最多的达 1 0 0mPa·s。并具有适用温度范围广、成胶快、滤失小、摩阻低和应用方便等特点。
The effects of ten co?crosslinkers (Na 4EDTA, Na 3C 6H 5O 7·2H 2O, Al 2(SO 4) 3, Na 2P 2O 7, Na 3P 3O 10 , Na 2SiO 4, Na 2B 4O 7·10H 2O, NaNO 2, Na 2S 2O 3, C 4H 9OH/C 8H 17 OH(V/V=1)) on XP?98 diesel oil based fracturing fluid have been investigated. It is found that the great effect of the co?crosslinkers on the composition and performance improving of XP?98 diesel oil based fracturing fluid was observed at shear rate of 170s -1 . Specially, co?crosslinkers Z?1 and Z?7 can improve the heat?resisting and shearing resistance of fracturing fluid greatly and raise the viscosity more than 100 mPa·s comparing with no co?crosslinkers or H 2SO 4 agent, and also can be applied to wide range of temperature, and possess the feature of short gelation time, little filtration, lower friction and convenient application.
