摘要
稠油蒸汽吞吐井有其独特的生产过程 ,井温的变化会引起原油粘度和产能的变化 ,现有单独的管式泵不能较好地适应这种变化。采用变排量抽油技术能消除因粘度升高造成的不利影响 ,提高泵效、延长油井生产周期、增加周期产油量。本文介绍了这种泵的结构装置和工作原理、变排量时机的选择及变为抽稠油泵时杆柱下行受力计算方法。用CYB44/70变排量抽油泵在单家寺和乐安油田的蒸汽吞吐井进行了现场试验 ,试验证实 ,该项技术延长了油井的抽油周期 ,增加了周期产油量。
The process of production in steam?stimulated well of heavy oil reservoir is special. The change of well temperature may cause the variation in viscosity of crude oil and productivity, but the existing tubing pump alone isn't suitable for the change well. Harmful effect caused by rise in viscosity can be removed, pump efficiency may be raised, production period of oil well may be prolonged and oil production in period may be increased by pumping through variable?displacement in steam?stimulated well. The structure and working principle of the pump, the choice of variable?displacement moment, and the calculation method of the force when rod goes down are introduced. Field experiments of steam?stimulated well in Shanjiasi and Lean oil field are made by using CYB44/70 variable displacement pump. It proved that the pumping period of oil wells is prolonged and oil production during the period increased by using it.
