摘要
研究了XLPE绝缘料的交联方法和工艺特点,探讨了基础树脂与配合剂的选择,确定了试验配方,检测了粒料性能,验证了成品放线工艺。结果表明:其物理性能满足JB/T 10437-2004中YJG-10指标要求,工艺性能满足造粒加工与挤出要求。
This paper studies the XLPE insulation material cross linking method and process performance, discusses the selection of basic resin and compound, determines the test formula, tests the aggregate performance, verifies the production pay-off process. The result shows that： the physical properties meet the JB/T 10437-2004 YJG - 10 index requirements;the process performance meets the requirement of aggregate process and extrusion.
