摘要
阐述了真空预冷的原理及特点,介绍了真空预冷技术在冷藏链中的应用,比较了真空冷却相对于其他冷却技术的优势,并结合实际情况及当前的发展现状,指出了真空预冷技术的发展前景。
The paper was expounded principles and features of vacuum cooling, and introduced applications of vacuum cool- ing technology in cold chain. Then, the paper was compared advantages of vacuum cooling technology with other cooling technologies. Finally, the paper was put forward development prospect of vacuum cooling technology combining practical situation and development status.
