摘要
通过对近10年278篇体育法学CSSCI核心论文的2 250个法学类引注,分析法学二级学科对体育法学发展产生的影响。其中法理学、国际法学、诉讼法学三个学科的引证数量排在前列,民商法学、知识产权法学、行政法学、刑法学相对较少,经济法学最低。这一引证分布反映了体育法学学者法学知识结构不合理、对策法学研究倾向严重、基础理论薄弱和方法论老化等问题。体育法学的发展和革新需要法学知识储备和优化,更需要革新的勇气和魄力。
A study of 278 CSSCI law related papers published in the past ten years showed that there were altogeth- er 2250 law related citations, among which jurisprudence, international law and administrative procedure law ranked first in the citation while civil and commercial law, copyright law, administrative law and criminal law ranked the lowest. It could be seen that legal researches were still in lack of more reasonable knowledge structure, wider research areas, newer research methods and more profound basic theories. The development and innovation of law required for more various studies.
