浅议四川高校公务卡推行的问题及对策

Problems and Measures of Business Card Implemented by Colleges and Universities in Sichuan

四川省虽然早在2007年就启动了公务卡的试点工作,但公务卡在高校的推广使用情况并不十分乐观,公务卡的财政监督作用没有得有应有发挥。领导对公务卡的推行不够重视,广大教职工对公务卡认知度不高,公务卡受理环境滞后等因素制约了公务卡的有效推广。文章根据工作实践,提出几点建议,以期能进一步提高公务卡的使用效率,发挥公务卡的财政监督职能。

Although Sichuan Province launched the pilot work ot business card as early as 200!, the implementation of business card in the colleges and universities is not as optimistic as it planned. The business card hadn＇t played an important role in the financial supervision. The reasons may be： Leaders do not pay enough attention to the implementation of business card, the staff don＇t have a high recognition of the use of business card, and the environment for accepting business card lags behind and so on. In order to reinforce business card on financial supervision, some suggestions were put forward by this paper to further improve the use of business card.
