摘要
以工业级甲苯为原料油 ,裂解氢或歧化尾气为进料气 ,在反应温度 44 0℃、系统压力1.2 0MPa、质量空速 3.0h-1、氢烃摩尔比 2~ 3的条件下在现场的中型装置上考察了工业放大生产的甲苯择形催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性及再生性能。试验表明 ,在甲苯转化率不低于 30 .0 %的前提下 ,对二甲苯的选择性可达 95 .0 %以上 ,其中对二甲苯的质量收率大于 12 .5 %。
The activity, selectivity, stability and regeneration performance of the scale up product of a shape selective toluene disproportionation catalyst were evaluated in a pilot plant at a reaction temperature of 440 ℃, a pressure of 1.20 MPa, a WHSV of 3.0 h -1 and a hydrogen/hydrocarbon molar ratio of 2~3, with an industrial grade toluene as feedstock. The pilot plant was a site test using pyrolysis hydrogen or diproportionation tail gas as feed gas. The test result showed that the said catalyst possessed good activity, selectivity, stability and regeneration performance, the p xylene yield was more than 12.5% with a selectivity higher than 95.0% at a toluene conversion not less than 30.0%, which duplicated the laboratory result.
