摘要
根据炼油及乙烯装置废碱液的性质 ,提出了空气湿式氧化处理工艺并就其过程中反应温度和停留时间对S2 -、COD、挥发酚氧化性的影响在实验室小型试验装置上进行了研究 ,结果表明 :S2 -容易脱除 ,在 15 0℃以下转化为S2 O32 -,在 180℃以上转化为SO4 2 -;在 15 0℃以下COD去除率较低 ,温度对COD的去除影响很小 ,在 15 0℃以上 ,随反应温度的提高COD去除率显著增加 ;酚的氧化主要发生在 15 0℃以上 ,在 12 0~ 15 0℃的范围内 ,酚的氧化率只有 6 %~ 7%
Based on the characteristics of waste caustic liquor generated from refineries and ethylene plants, the influence of reaction temperature and retention time of a wet air oxidation system on the oxidation of S 2- , COD and phenol were conducted in the laboratory. The results showed that S 2- was removed easily and oxidized into S 2O 3 2- and SO 4 2- below 150 ℃ and above 180 ℃ respectively. The COD removal was low at a temperature less than 150 ℃ and nearly not affected by temperature. Conversely, the COD removal was obviously increased with temperature raise at a temperature higher than 150 ℃. Phenol was oxidized mainly at a temperature higher than 150 ℃, its oxidation rate was only 6%~7% in the temperature range of 120~150 ℃.
