污水汽提装置氨精制系统的技术改造 被引量:2

摘要 福建炼油化工有限公司根据其污水汽提装置运行 7年多所存在的问题 ,对双塔加压汽提工艺氨精制系统进行了技术改造。通过对粗气氨进行二次冷凝冷却分液 ,在结晶塔中部注氨及选用JX 1高效脱硫剂等技术措施 ,有效地脱除了硫化氢 ,液氨达到工业氨成品标准 。 Aiming at the problems appeared during the 7 year running of the wastewater stripping unit in Fujian Petrochemical Complex, technical transforms were taken on the dual column pressurized stripping process and ammonia treating system. Such as the gaseous ammonia was condensed twice and separated from the liquid; injecting ammonia into the middle of the crystallizing column; and using JX 1 high efficiency desulfurizing agent. Hydrogen sulfide, etc. impurities were effectively removed and the liquid ammonia met the specification of industrial product.
