摘要
《中华人民共和国物权法》颁布实施后,由邻避设施所导致的居民维权事件出现了集中高发的态势。文章从邻避设施的社会属性出发,针对现行规划体制中应对邻避设施设置的不足,提出了适应邻避设施社会属性的规划建议,以期对社会转型期的城市规划发展有所裨益。
After the implementation of Property Law of People＇s Republic of China, legal fights safeguarding caused by NIMBY facility breaks out quite often. Based on the social attribute and pitfalls in NIMBY facility localization in existing planning system, the planning suggestion of adjusting the social property of NIMBY facility is presented in hope of benefiting the city planning of society in transition period.
