摘要
用 10 %PEG 60 0 0、长 3m、内径 3mm的不锈钢填充柱 ,在 70℃的柱温下用FID检测器对高纯 1,8 桉叶油素 (纯度≥ 99.5% )进行定量分析 ,该法标准偏差为0 .0 4 2 ,平均回收率 10 1.3 % ,变异系数为 0 .0 4 %。
In this paper, a gas chromatographic method is introduced for quantitative determination of high purity 1,8 cineole with FID on PEG 6000. The method is convenient, rapid and accurate. The results showed that coefficient of variation and standard deviation were 0.04%and 0.042?respectively. Average recovery were 101.3%.
