Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms:an update on diagnosis and therapeutic management

摘要 伴嗜酸性粒细胞增多和系统症状的药疹(DRESS)是一种危及生命的皮肤严重药物不良反应综合征,临床诊断困难且死亡率高。发病机制可能与特异性药物、免疫应答的改变、疱疹病毒再次激活以及HLA复合体的遗传易感性等多种因素相关。本文简要综述DRESS的诊治进展。 The syndrome termed drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms （DRESS） is an unpredictable, lifethreatening condition associated with adverse reactions, which is difficult to diagnose. The pathogenesis of DRESS is related to specific drugs, altered immune response, sequential reactivation of herpes virus and association with some HLA alleles. This review decribes current concepts regarding the diagnosis and therapeutic management of DRESS.
