2009-2011年上海样本医院用药分析

Analysis of medication used in Shanghai sample hospitals from 2009 to 2011

目的了解2009-2011年上海医院用药销售额,分析市场变化趋势。方法根据2009-2011年上海119家样本医院用药资料,统计医院用药销售额和各类药物所占份额、年增长率以及销售额排序,并结合临床用药情况,比较、分析和讨论用药变化趋势。结果上海医院用药销售额持续增长,但增幅趋缓,2009、2010和2011年增幅分别为21.31%、10.63%和9.47%。药品结构基本稳定,销售额居前的五大类药物分别为抗感染药物、心血管系统用药、抗恶性肿瘤药物、神经系统药物和作用于消化系统的药物。抗感染药物增长率2010年和2011年分别为6.93%和-5.77%,2011年首次出现负增长,其中抗生素小类增幅下降显著(-9.58%)。2011年销售金额排序前3位的品种是胸腺肽、奥美拉唑和头孢替安,增长明显的品种有泮托拉唑和氯吡格雷等;下降明显的品种为头孢呋辛和头孢替安等。按药品生产企业分析,上海样本医院用药以国产品种为主导。销售额居前的生产厂商有江苏常州四药、大连辉瑞、山东齐鲁和江苏恒瑞等。结论上海近年药品结构基本稳定,抗菌药物增长降低明显,国产品种处于市场主导地位。

Objective To investigate the change and trend of the medication in Shanghai sample hospitals during 2009-2011. Methods Based on the data of the medication in Shanghai 119 hospitals during 2009-2011, the amount, the share, the growth rate and the sort of drugs sold were analyzed, compared and discussed in respect to the clinical applications. Results The medication used in Shanghai sample hospitals had grown sustainably with weakening momentum 21.31%, 10.63% and 9.47% in 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively. The structure had remained stable. Five categories of major sold drugs were anti-infective drugs, cardiovascular drugs, anti-cancer drugs, nervous system drugs, and digestive system drugs. The growth rate of anti-infective drugs was 6.93% and -5.77% in 2010 and 2011 respectively. The negative growth appeared for the first time in 2011, and the decrease of antibiotics drugs is more obvious （-9.58%）. The top three by sales were thymosin, omeprazole and cefotiam. Pantoprazole and clopidogrel increased obviously, while cefuroxime and cefotiam decreased obviously. Domestic pharmaceutical production occupied the market dominant position. The manufacturers in the front of consumption sum were Jiangsu Changzhou fourth pharmaceutical company, Dalian Pfizer, Shandong Qilu and Jiangsu Hengrui, etc. Conclusion Shanghai health care market is stable in recent years, the special rectification for antimicrobial drugs has been achieved.
