摘要 血液系统恶性肿瘤和造血干细胞移植患者易发生各类感染,其中念珠菌感染是引起患者死亡的重要原因之一。2012年,欧洲临床微生物与感染性疾病学会编辑制定了血液系统恶性肿瘤和造血干细胞移植成年患者合并念珠菌感染的诊断和治疗指南。本文对该指南进行解读。 Adults with hematological malignancies and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation prone to all kinds of infection. Candida disease is the important cause of death in patients. In 2012, ESCMID edits guideline for the diagnosis and management of candida diseases 2012： adults with haematological malignancies and after haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. This review interprets this guideline.
