介绍了汽轮机转子菌形叶片采用超声相控阵方法检测情况,通过汽轮机转子菌形叶片超声相控阵检测技术,掌握叶片缺陷信号的判断方法。检测结果表明:超声相控阵检验技术应用效果良好,在保证电厂汽轮机安全、可靠运行上起了重要的作用。
The issue about Ultrasonic Phase-Array Test for mushroom blade of steam turbine is explained. The inspection technique of mushroom shaped blade is used to judge the blade defects. The result indicates that the technique has good effectiveness during application, and the development of the blade＇ s Ultrasonic Phase-Array technology is great significance of the operation with safety and reliability of steam turbines.
