腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用分析

目的探讨腹腔镜在妇科治疗的临床应用价值。方法对626例腹腔镜手术患者资料回顾性分析,评定手术疗效。结果 626例手术中,中转开腹2例,术中出血量平均150 mL,手术时间15～120 min,手术平均住院日5 d,24 h均可下床活动,86.7%患者肛门排气,术后并发症少。结论腹腔镜手术属于微创手术的一种,以最小的创伤,最佳的治疗手段达到治愈疾病的目的,术后恢复快,可在基层医院广泛推广。

Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology.Methodes Retrospective analysis was carried on for 626 cases with laparoscopic surgery in Gynecology Department.Among 205 cases of ectopic pregnancy,164 cases of ovarian cyst,198 cases with uterine leiomyoma,31 cases of infertility,10 cases of ectopic IUD,18 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.According to different patients and diseases,the most suitable operation treatment was adopted.Results Operation of 626 cases,2 cases were transferred to laparotomy,intraoperative blood was about 150ml,operation time was 15～120 min,the average length of hospital stay was 5 days,24 hours was up,86.7% patients with anal exhaust,less postoperative complications.Conclusions Laparoscopic operation of minimally invasive operation,with minimal invasiveness,the best treatment means to achieve the purpose of curing diseases,faster recovery,can be widely popularized in primary hospital.
