摘要
石油企业的生产特点决定了其库存物资极易积压,因此降低库存物资具有极大的意义。中原油田为降低库存物资提高效益采取了实行季度计划会审制度,明确积压物资的责任主体;加强库存物资动态监控,实施降库利库项目管理;加强与主力供应商的信息交流,实施主力供应商管理库存和寄售业务;加大积压物资改制代用力度等措施,取得了良好效益。
The productive characteristics of oil enterprises determine the extreme overstocking of its inventory, and reduce the inventory which is of great significance. Zhongyuan Oilfield has taken measures to reduce inventory to improve efficiency, which include imple- mentation on a quarterly basis plan triage system, making sure the subject of liabilities for overstocking, strengthening the inventory monitoring, implementation of reducing and benefiting inventory project management, strengthening the exchange of information with the main suppliers, implementation on managing inventory and consignment business of the main suppliers, increasing the substitution of reformation for overstocking, with all these measures having achieved good benefits.
