Effective Way and Development Status of Foreign Language Teachers' Occupation in Vocational Colleges

教师职业发展是我国高等职业教育发展的一个重要环节,而高职院校外语教师的职业发展对整个高等职业教育发展的作用举足轻重。作者在对重庆市十几所高职院校168名外语教师职业发展现状进行调查和分析研究的基础上,尝试性地探索目前高职院校外语教师职业发展的有效途径。

The development of teachers＇ occupation plays an important role in the occupation education in our country, and the occupation development of foreign language development of higher teachers in vocational colleges is also important in the entire of higher occupation education. Based on the investigation and study of 168 foreign language teachers＇ occupation development in ten Chongqing vocational colleges, the writer attempts to explore effective ways of the foreign language teachers＇ occupation development in vocational colleges.
