摘要
考虑农村居民点微观状况,构建农村居民点综合影响力评价指标体系,确定中心村、保留村及零星居民点,并根据中心村综合影响力,绘制中心村影响力范围的加权Voronoi图,确定零星居民点搬迁去向,为布局优化提供依据。在此基础上,针对零星居民点整体搬迁模式采取人均建设用地法测算潜力,并用农户搬迁意愿进行修正;针对中心村及保留村内部改造模式采取土地闲置率法测算潜力,两者之和即为农村居民点整理总潜力。
Considering the micro-state of rural residential land, the appraisal index system of the rural residential land comprehensive influence is constructed to identify central village, maintaining village and minor residential area (relocation village).With the help of weighted-Voronoi diagram, the central village influenced region is delimited according to their comprehensive influence to find out the location of the minor residential area, providing the important reference for rural residential land optimization. And based on that, the potential of minor residential area, using the whole relocation model, is calculated by per capita construction land method and modified by farmers' willingness. The potential of central village and maintaining village, using the internal reconstruction model, is calculated by vacant land rate method. The sum of the two types is the total potential.
