摘要
镁合金的塑性变形条件比较复杂。为方便在万能试验机上开展镁合金板材拉深成形实验研究,本文设计了一套适用于镁合金拉深的试验系统,系统包含了拉深成形、温度控制和压边力控制三个模块,利用该系统进行了镁合金板材拉深实验,取得了较为满意的效果。
The conditions of plastic deformation for magnesium alloy are extremly complicated. In this paper, a set of drawing experimental system for magnesium was designed to carry out drawing process for magnesium sheet on versatile mechanical testing machine. The system consists of three modules including drawing process, tem-perature control and pressure control. The drawing experiment of magnesium alloy sheet was carried out on this testing system and fairly satisfactory results were obtained.
