阴式切除手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床观察

Yin type surgery clinical observation for the treatment of uterine prolapse

目的:探讨阴式切除手术治疗子宫脱垂的方法及效果。方法:将2009年12月～2012年12月我院收治的子宫脱垂患者45例,随机分为观察组23例(采用阴式切除手术联合阴道前后壁修补术进行治疗)和对照组22例(单纯采用阴道前后壁修补术进行治疗),对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治愈率、复发率等相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出血量、术后并发症及住院天数等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗子宫脱垂的过程中,通过采用阴式子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗效果显著,术后复发率、并发症以及出血量等较低,可以在临床应用中进行推广。

Objective:To explore the treatment of uterine prolapse Yin type surgery method and effect.Method:Between December 2009 and December 2012,our hospital 45 patients with uterine prolapse,23 cases were randomly divided into observation group(with Yin surgery combined vaginal wall repair before and after treatment)and control group 22 cases(simple vaginal wall repair before and after treatment),compared the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:Two groups patients cure rate,recurrence rate,etc.Compared with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups of patients with blood loss,postoperative complications and hospitalization days,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of uterine prolapse in the process,through the adoption of Yin type hysterectomy combined vaginal wall repair before and after the treatment effect is remarkable,postoperative recurrence rate,complication and less blood loss,etc,can be replicated in clinical applications.
