摘要
目的通过研究以AC-PC线为扫描基线的活体MR图像,分析大脑颞上沟在MRI断面上的形态特征。方法 30例健康成人志愿者,以大脑AC-PC线为扫描基线,行横断层3 mm薄层及矢状面7 mmMR扫描。在微型计算机上将扫描数据以Dicom3.0格式导入eFilm2.1工作站,利用"3D-Cursor"技术观察颞上沟在连续横断层面上的形态及位置并进行分段。结果在连续薄层MR图像层面上准确识别颞上沟,并得出颞上沟的形态及特征:在矢状面上可以分为水平段及升段,二者之间出现明显的拐点。结论在横断面连续薄层MR图像上准确识别颞上沟,可以为颞上沟区域病灶的定位和外科手术入路方案的制定提供解剖学依据。
Objective To analyze the MRI morphological characteristics of superior temporal sulcus(STS) through research of in vivo MR images using anterior commissure-posterior commissure(AC-PC) line as the scan baseline.Methods 30 cases of healthy adults' brain,based on the AC-PC line as the scan baseline,underwent cross fault 3mm thin layer and sagittal 7mm MR scanning.The scanning data were led into the eFilm 2.1 workstation using a microcomputer in the format of Dicom3.0.The " 3D-Cursor" technique was applied to observe the state and position of STS in continuous cross sectional plane and have it sectioned.Results STS could be accurately identified on the continuous thin layer MR image level.The morphological characteristics of STS could thus be manifested as: The sagittal plane could be divided into a horizontal section and an ascent section and there was a clear inflection point between the two sections.Conclusion The accurate identification of STS on the continuous thin layer MR image level can provide anatomical basis for the localization of STS area lesions and formulation of surgical schemes.
