Effects of Fertility Level on Growth and Physiological Characters of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao Virus-free Plantlets

摘要 研究了不同肥力水平对怀地黄脱毒苗生长发育和生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着肥力水平的增加,怀地黄脱毒苗的株高、冠幅、功能叶面积和叶片数呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,但变化较小,差异大多未达到显著水平。8月份,氮磷钾复合肥1 125kg/hm2处理的株高和叶片数最大(35.29cm、26.62片);1 687.5kg/hm2处理的功能叶面积最大(410.32cm2);9月份,1 687.5kg/hm2处理的冠幅最大(60.52cm)。叶绿素总含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率均随着肥力水平的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,1 687.5kg/hm2处理达到最大值,分别为2.39mg/g、26.30μmol/(m2.s)、6.55mmol/(m2.s);叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着肥力水平的增加而增加。综合考虑,氮磷钾复合肥1 687.5kg/hm2较适宜脱毒怀地黄苗的生长发育。 The effects of different fertility levels on the growth and physiological characteristics of virus-free plantlets of Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao were stu-died.The results showed that with the increase of fertility level,the plant height,crown width,leaf area,and leaf number of virus-free seedling presented a trend of increase at first and decrease later.In August,plant height and leaf number reached the maximum(35.29 cm and 26.62 leaves) under the treatment of 1 125 kg/ha;leaf area reached the maximum(410.32 cm2) under the treatment of 1 687.5 kg/ha.In September,crown breadth reached the maximum(60.52 cm) under the treatment of 1 687.5 kg/ha.The chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,and transpiration rate also presented a trend of increase at first and decrease later with the increase of fertility level,and reached the maximum[2.39 mg/g,26.30 μmol/(m2·s),and 6.55 mmol/(m2·s)] under the treatment of 1 687.5 kg/ha.Also,POD and SOD vigor in leaves increased with the increase of fertility level.Overall,the fertility level of 1 687.5 kg/ha is suitable for the growth and development of the virus-free plantlets of Rehmannia Glutinosa f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao.
