摘要
以10个品种的沙棘果实为材料,用4∶3(v∶v)乙醇—正己烷(含0.01%BHT)提取类胡萝卜素后,采用分光光度法分析了果肉中的β-胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,西伯利亚红晕干果和鲜果中的β-胡萝卜素含量最高,分别为6.821 mg/g(干重)和89.332 mg/100g(鲜重);冬雪红其次,分别为3.361 mg/g(干重)和52.405mg/g(100 g鲜重);柳沙1号、芳香果实中的β-胡萝卜素较高,100 g鲜果中达30 mg以上。测试结果为辽宁地区的优良沙棘品种的天然色素开发和遗传育种提供了依据。
Ten cuhivars of sea bucktborn berries were used as materials in the experiment. Their total caroti- noids were extracted with 4:3 (v: v) ethanol/n-hexane (containing 0.01% BHT) and the amount of β-car- otene was quantified by spectrophotometry, respectively. The results showed Siberian-Hongyun contained the highest β-earotene with 6. 8213 mg/g of DW and 89. 332 mg/100g FW. Dongxuehong was secondly, with 3. 361 mg/g of DW and 52. 405 mg/g mg/100g FW. The β-carotene of Liushal, Fangxiang were more than 30 mg/100gFW. These results provide theoretical bases on the development of natural pigments and genetic breeding of sea buckthorn in Liaoning.
