摘要
初步研究了硬脂酸对纳米二氧化钛陶瓷粉体的表面改性作用及其对粉体极性和流动性的影响。实验结果表明 ,硬脂酸中的羧基与纳米二氧化钛粉体颗粒表面的羟基发生了类似于酸和醇的酯化反应 ,并在其表面形成单分子膜。经过表面改性的纳米二氧化钛由极性转化为非极性 。
The surface of nanometer TiO 2 powders was modified with stearic acid.A covalent bond was formed by chemical reaction between the surface bydroxylic groups and organic long-chain molecules such as stearic acid.The surface of TiO 2 powders was coated with a monomoleculer layer of aliphatic chains.The polarity of nanometer TiO 2 powders was changed to non-polarity and the powders had a better flowability.
