在国家科技计划项目的支持下,我国新能源汽车的产业化发展取得了一定的成果,但仍面临很多问题。本文通过对电动汽车重大专项实施"专利战略"做法的总结,从国家科技计划的知识产权管理角度,对加强我国新能源汽车的自主创新、促进产业化发展问题提出了对策与建议。
