摘要
本文选取2000—2009年时间区间内,以国家科学技术奖获得者、中国科学十大进展(原"中国基础研究十大新闻")和中国十大科技进展的成果完成人以及2001—2009年间增选的中国科学院与工程院院士为研究对象,统计他们曾受科学基金资助的情况,对杰出科研人才成长与科学基金资助之间的关系进行了定量研究。研究发现,获奖者或增选院士与国家自然科学基金资助的关联度非常高,且大多数获奖者或院士曾受到国家自然科学基金的持续资助。这反映了科学基金在培养杰出科研人才,尤其是基础研究人才方面的突出作用。
This article selected the target groups of winner of national science and technology award, scientists involved in annual top10 science and technology news, elected CAS and CAE a academicians, during the period of 2000--2009. This study attempts to firstly analyze the funding they received from NSFC, and then further study the relevance between NSFC funding and their academic achievement. Quantitative study found that there is very high relevance between NSFC funding and the a- chievement of scientist. Most of award winners or academician received more than one NSFC project funding. Study shows that NSFC plays very important role in the cultivation of R＆D talent, especially in the cultivation of basic research talent.
