子宫内膜异位症发病机制及药物治疗研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是具有生长功能的子宫内膜组织(腺体和间质)生长在子宫腔被覆内膜及宫体肌层以外的异常位置,为妇科常见病、多发病,可引起女性痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛和不孕等。该病在组织学上虽为良性病变,但却具有组织浸润、转移、生长及复发等恶性行为,
