摘要
介绍了RH插入管的使用条件、损毁机理 ,并从浇注料、镁铬砖、金属壳体等几方面入手 ,对现用插入管进行了技术改进。改进后的产品在太钢二炼钢RH炉上使用 ,最高寿命达到了 1 0 8次 。
The paper introduced the service condition and wear mechanism of the RH snorkel. Some technical improvements were made on castable, magnesia-chrome brick and metal shell of the original snorkel. The improved snorkel was applied in RH vacuum furnace of the Second Steel Plant of Taiyuan Iron & Steel Company, and its highest service life reached 108 times, meeting the needs of the production.
