摘要
对合成脲醛树脂的催化剂及工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用催化剂S及合理的工艺条件 ,可使产品中游离醛质量分数降至0.4 %以下 。
The catalysts and process conditions for the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde resin were studied.The results showed that the free aldehyde content of the product decreased lower than 0.4% and the storage life was more than 12 months by using catalyst S and in the optimum conditions.
