摘要
本研究利用微软dotNet技术建立了辽宁省观音阁水库水情信息系统,并与观音阁水库水情数据库进行耦合,该系统具有水情信息编码的生成、校核、存储和查询功能。通过实践应用表明,耦合后的水情信息系统能够准确的生成水情报文,提高了水库报讯的实效性和准确性,在水库水情信息管理方面发挥重要作用。
In this study, Microsoft DotNet technology is applied to establish water regime information system for Guanyinge Reservoir in Liaoning Province,and coupling it to water regime database of Guanyinge Reservoir. The system has a function of hydrological information coding, checking,storage and query.the Practical appli- cation result shows that the coupled hydrological information system is not only generate accuracy hydrologic information message,but also improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the reservoir alarm;It play an impor- tant role in the water regime information management.
