摘要
介绍了一种高精度陶瓷砖表面平整度在线检测系统。该系统主要由自行设计的数据采集模块、数据传输和数据处理模块组成。通过高精度的硬件采集模块、中值滤波处理以及合适的平整度计算方法,使本检测系统既可以适应我国陶瓷砖生产企业的现状要求又可达到0.02 mm的高精度要求。
This paper introduces a kind of high precision ceramic tile surface flatness on - line detection system. This system consists of a self - designed data acquisition module, data transmission and data processing module. Through high- precision hardware acquisition module, median filtering and processing, as well as a suitable flatness calculation method, the detection system can either adapt to the status quo of China's ceramic tile production enterprise requirements but also reach O. 02 mm high precision requirements.
