摘要
在基于机器视觉的瓷砖尺寸检测系统中,通过上光源采集的图像中存在较多干扰,对角点的快速、准确定位极为不利。根据瓷砖在图像中的形状和位置特征确定角点的参考区域,然后在参考区域内精确搜索边缘,定位角点。实验表明,本方法具有速度快、精度高和抗干扰能力强的特点,可用于实际瓷砖尺寸的检测。
In the tile size detection system based on machine vision, there is more interference in the images collected by an above light source, and it's extremely unfavorable to locating tile comer fastly and accurately. Firstly, reference area of the comer is determined according to the tile shapes and positions of features in the images, and then the edge within the reference area is exactly searched, finally the comer is located. The experiments show that the method has abilities of high - speed, precision and anti - interference, for the actual tile size detection to obtain good effects.
