摘要
从产品生产、材料采购、人力资源、市场营销、财务运作等方面,对GMC中策略调整和竞争对手分析进行了探讨,并以参赛实例为基础,提出了针对生产班次、市场营销、订货供货、竞争对手分析方面的决策建议。
Based on product production, material purchasing, human resources, marketing, finance, operations, and other aspects, this paper makes some discussions about strategic adjustment in the GMC and competitor analysis. And this paper put forward some decision advices in terms of the production shift orders, marketing, supply and competitors strategy analysis based on the entries instance.
