摘要 高职院校的培养目标和当前生源质量对教师提出了更高要求,教师水平的高低直接影响应用性人才的培养水平。高职院校对"双师型"教师的培养和引进越来越重视,师资队伍在规模、结构和整体水平上都有很大提升。但高职师资队伍建设尚未成熟,现状不容乐观,诸如:"双师"结构不合理;教师技能培养的支撑体系不够健全;外聘专业技术人员管理机制还不完善等等。积极探讨"双师型"教师队伍培养策略,构建高职特色的教师评价体系和管理模式,从根本上保证技能型人才的培养质量,满足企业的需要,从而促进我国高职教育的发展,更好地为我国的经济建设服务。 In view of the teaching goal and the quality of the students in higher vocational colleges, there have been higher requirements for the teachers. Higher vocational colleges should attach more importance to the training of a "dual -certificated" teaching staff. However, some problems exist with the construction of such a teaching staff. A study of the training strategies, the teacher evaluation system and the management mode is a guarantee to the quality of the skilled talents, and the demands from the enterprises, which, in turn, can promote the development of higher vocational education and provide a better service for the economic construction.
