电路理论研究方法已经非常成熟。由于电路理论中的分析方法和基因网络结构功能很相似,因此可以采用电路理论中的分析方法,利用基因表达谱中的数据噪音,建立基因调控布尔网络。对基因和蛋白质,利用表达谱数据中的噪音建立基因调控布尔网络给出实例。

Circuit theory research method has been very mature. Due to the similarity of circuit theory analysis method and gene network structure function, circuit theory analysis method can be made use of, which builds a gene regulation Boolean network by using gene expression profiling data noise. This study establishes gene regulation Boolean network using gene and protein expression data noise.
