地方本科院校教育技术学专业应用型人才培养研究——以嘉应学院为例

Investigation and Research on Applied Talents Training of Educational Technology Specialty in Local Undergraduate Universities——with Jiaying University as example

应用型人才培养是地方本科院校人才培养的趋势,通过问卷和访谈调查了嘉应学院教育技术学专业应用型人才培养现状,分析其存在的主要问题,并结合应用型人才培养的要求,提出以下建议:完善应用型人才培养方案、加大专业课程建设力度、加强师资队伍建设、重视实验教学和实验室建设、延长实习时间加强实习指导、精心组织专业实践。

Applied talents training is the trend of talents training in local undergraduate universities. Through ques- tionnaires and interviews to investigate the applied talents training situation of educational technology specialty in Jiaying university, this article analyzed the main problems, combined with the requirements of applied talents training, and put forward the following suggestions： perfecting applied talent training scheme, increasing the professional course system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, paying attention to experiment teaching and laboratory construction, extending the practice time and strengthen practice guidance, and organizing carefully professional practice.
