设计的研究结果表明 ,以煤为原料、发电能力在 450~ 50 0MW的新型气化与联合循环发电相结合 (In tegratedGasificationCombinedCycle ,IGCC)工厂在现今的电力市场上是非常有竞争力的。单系列设计加上IGCC工厂的净发电量与效率的显著提高 ,使得IGCC的电力装置投资成本降至 850~ 1 0 0 0美元 /kW范围内 ,热效率上升了 43%~ 46%。这些提高来源于在IGCC的设计流程中融入了通用电气公司 (GE)的新一代燃气透平与德士古气化技术以及Praxair公司的加压空分装置。
Design studys show that the new type of gasification in combination with IGCC based on coal for the generation of 450~500 MW of power is very competitive in the present power generation market. The single train design as well as the net power output from the IGCC plant and the marked improvement on efficiency reduces the installed cost of an IGCC power unit to the range of 850~1,000 US dollars/kW and increases the net thermal efficiency by 43%~46%. These improvements result from the incorporation of the new generation GE gas turbine, Texaco gasification technology and Praxair elevated pressure air separation unit into the IGCC process designed.
