摘要
对2010年全国田径锦标赛男子跳高项目前六名运动员的最好一次试跳的起跳技术进行三维运动学分析,研究发现:在保证起跳阶段膝关节充分蹬伸的前提下,踝关节蹬伸幅度是影响起跳腿离地瞬间身体重心高度值(H1)的一个重要因素;起跳脚着地瞬间能保持较高水平速度的同时,具有较高的速度转化率,能有效提高身体重心从H1至重心最高点腾起的高度值(H2)。
Based on the three - dimensional kinematical analysis on the take - off technique among the top 6 male athletes in the high jump project of 2010 National Athletics Championship, the research found that the pedal and stretch magnitude of the ankle joint is the major factor to influence H1 in the priority of guarantying the sufficient pedal and stretch of the knee - joint in the take - off phase, because the moment the take - off foot lands down it can keep high - level speed to maintain high - level speed percent conversion in order to efficiently raise the height of H2.
