摘要
刑法之信是指刑法要讲诚信。刑法之信关联着公众对刑法的规范信仰和犯罪预防,并在根本上符合和谐发展观与科学发展观。刑法之信包括刑法立法之信、刑法司法之信和刑罚执行即行刑之信。刑法之信对于整个社会诚信的维系有着极其重要的意义,这是其"保障之法"和"后盾之法"的特殊地位所决定的。
The credit of Criminal Law meant Criminal Law should be honest. The credit of Criminal Law linked with the public belief＇s in Criminal Law and crime prevention. The credit of Criminal Law included in the credits of legislation, justice and execution of Criminal Law. The credit of Criminal Law has an important significance for the maintenance of the whole social good faith which was determined by the special status of ＂protection of law＂ and ＂backing of law＂ of it.
