摘要
针对天铁石矿竖窑窑顶气体泄漏故障,分析出其产生原因为煤气配比不合理、管道积灰、除尘系统问题等。通过调整预热器及除尘系统参数、改善管道流线型和清除管道积灰、注重动态平衡等改进措施,消除了窑顶气体泄漏故障,达到了废气排放环保要求,保障了生产的顺利进行。
In order to tackle with the failure of top gas leakage at the shaft kiln of Tiantie Limestone Mine, analysis was made and causes were found as problems of unreasonable gas ratio, dust sediment at pipeline and improper dedusting system. Improvement measures were taken such as adjusting parameters of preheater and dedusting system, improving pipe streamline profile and clearing pipe sediment, and paying great attention to dynamic balance. Gas leakage at kiln top was eliminated and the environmental protection requirement on waste gas emission met. Thus, smooth production was ensured.
