摘要
阐述了天铁棒线厂采用20MnSi(HRB335)钢生产HRB400线材的开发过程,对生产中工艺参数进行了分析与探讨。在不增加任何合金的前提下,通过对20MnSi化学成分的确定和生产工艺的有效控制,使轧制后产品的金相组织组织较为理想、性能能够满足用户要求,产品质量优良,力学性能稳定,可实现大批量、正常稳定的生产。
The paper demonstrates the developing process of HRB400 wire rod produced with 20MnSi (HRB335) steel at Tiantie Bar Rolling Mill and analyzes and discusses the process parameters. Without adding more alloys, ideal metallographic structure after rolling was obtained with properties meeting the customer's requirement by effectively controlling chemical composition determination and production process of 20MnSi steel. With good quality and stable mechanical properties, the product can be produced normally and stably in big batch.
