天铁1750mm热轧带钢表面缺陷原因分析与改进

摘要 阐述了天铁热轧1750mm热轧带钢表面缺陷形成的原因分析及改进过程。针对实际生产过程中出现的带钢辊印、结疤、轧烂、塔形、板型不佳等问题的原因进行了分析和探讨,通过优化和改进轧制温度、轧机负荷分配率、辊缝形状等措施后,保障了生产的稳定性,提高了产品精度及质量,创造了可观的经济效益。 The authors demonstrate the formation cause analysis and improving process of strip surface defect at Tiantie 1 750 mm Hot Rolling Mill. Analysis and discussion were made on the reasons for strip roller mark, scab, broken tail, telescoping and poor plate shape in production. After measures were taken of optimizing and improving rolling temperature, mill load distribution ratio and roll gap profile, the production stability was ensured with high product precision and good quality. Remarkable economic benefit was created.
