摘要
叙述了金牛天铁煤焦运输胶带输送机系统的改造过程。对胶带输送机出现耗电量大、备件消耗多的问题进行分析后,提出了改造方案。通过对结构本身进行改变,改善驱动滚筒胶面情况,提高了摩擦系数μ;增大胶带在驱动滚筒上的包角角度α等技术措施,依据欧拉公式,在保证驱动圆周力不变的情况下,减少预紧张力,从而使得输送带预应力降低,减小了输送机整机负荷,节约了能源,降低了消耗,延长了设备使用寿命。
The paper describes the modification process of Jinniu Tiantie coal and coke belt conveyor system. Modification plan was proposed after analysis on problems of big power and spare part consumption at belt conveyor. Friction coefficient μ was increased by changing structure and improving drive roll surface, and so was wrap angle a of belt at drive roll. Under the condition of constant drive peripheral force, pre- stressing force was reduced as per Euler formula to bring down belt pre-stress and therefore, lighten the conveyor load. Energy was saved and consumption reduced. Equipment service life was prolonged as well.
