摘要 用固相反应法合成了Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xTixO4(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.075,0.1)铁氧体材料,并测定了样品在低频低磁通密度下的损耗特性,研究了TiO2掺杂对材料的起始磁导率及磁损耗的影响。实验结果表明,随TiO2掺杂量的增大,材料的损耗先降低后增加,机理较复杂,掺杂量在0.05左右,磁导率最大,磁损耗最小。 Ni0.4Zno.6Fe2.xTixO4 (x-=0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.01 ) ferrites were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The influence of TiO2 doping on initial permeability and magnetic loss of the ferrites was investigated. The results show that with increasing Ti-doping magnetic loss decrease first and then increase, and the mechanism is more complex. The sample with optimal Ti-doping amount of near to 0.05 has the highest permeability and lowest magnetic loss.
