摘要
针对某叶片制造企业中制造加工过程控制混乱,无法实时掌握产品加工进度,产品生产信息交换滞后等问题,提出了叶片数字化模型,并建立了叶片制造工艺执行与质量管理系统.分析了企业需求和管理系统架构,并进一步研究了系统关键环节的实现,对其他企业解决生产控制问题提供了一定的借鉴作用.
Aiming at Manufacturing process control chaos, unable to grasp the progress of product processing, production information exchange lag issues in real time, this article puts forward the digital model, and establishes the blade manufacturing process execution and quality management system for a blade manufacturers. The business needs, system architecture, and further study of the implementation of the key technologies of the system are analzed. The results provide other enterprises a way to solve the problem of production controlling.
