摘要
论述了高性能溶致液晶性芳香族聚苯唑纤维的纺丝工艺与纤维结构。指出利用芳香族聚苯唑液晶溶液的干湿纺丝技术可制得超高力学性能的聚苯唑纤维。该类纤维中的大分子链均呈完全伸展的平面构象 ,且通常以单斜晶型砌入晶格。纤维拥有显著的原纤化结构 ,并具有极高的取向度 ,最高取向参数高达 0 .
The spinning technology and the structure of high\|performance fibers made of lyotropic liquid crystalline polybenzazoles were reviewed. It was suggested that the fibers exhibiting ultrahigh mechanical properties can be prepared by dry jet\|wet spinning technique of liquid crystalline solution of polybenzazoles. Macromolecular chains in the fibers all exhibit fully extended planar conformation and the fibers consist of lattice with monoclinic form. The fibers have obvious fibrillar structure and extremely high orientation with the highest orientational factor up to 0 99.
