摘要
对影响第三牵伸机牵伸辊加热温度的因素进行了分析 ,对冷凝水液膜的形成和传热过程进行理论分析计算 ,结果表明 ,冷凝水液膜厚度和环境温度均是影响牵伸辊温度的主要因素。
The factors affecting draw roll temperature of the third drawing machine were analyzed. The formation and heat transfer process of condensed water film were theoretically analyzed. The result showed that the thickness of liquid film of condensed water and the environmental temperature are the main factors affecting the draw roll temperature.
