摘要
研制了一种全自动的多段速变频调速装置 ,并应用于化纤染料注入机上 ,使染料注入机具有性能稳定 ,控制精度高 ,不受环境影响等特点。在纺丝开停纺位时能自动增减转速 ,从而达到自动按比例增减染料加入量 ,确保产品无色差。
A type of full automatic multifreqency converter was introduced. The dyestuff injector that installs this converter exhibits stable property, high accurancy and environmental free. The rotational speed of the injector can be automatically adjusted at the start and stop of the machine so that the dyestuff can be automatically and proportionally injected, and thus guarantees the product without colour difference.
