氮气泡沫压锥参数优化的正交数值试验 被引量:1

摘要 氮气泡沫压锥是一项有效控制底水锥进的技术,选择合适的注采参数是取得良好压锥效果的关键。影响氮气泡沫压锥效果的注采参数很多,且参数间存在交互影响,而正交数值试验是解决多因素问题的有效方法之一。利用正交试验设计原理,考虑注气量、注入速度、注入方式、气液比、焖井时间、焖井后最佳产液量和转注时机等7个注采参数,以产出投入比作为评价指标,进行正交试验设计,并在历史拟合的基础上,开展氮气泡沫压锥技术正交试验设计和数值模拟研究。分析结果表明,注气量、产液速度和转注时机对产出投入比的影响最为显著;注采参数影响开采效果的程度大小依次为注气量,产液速度,转注时机,气液比,注入方式,注入速度和焖井时间。正交数值试验结果可为现场氮气泡沫压锥注采参数的优化提供理论指导,具有实际意义。 Nitrogen foam antiwaterconing is one of effective technologies to control waterconing. The key to obtain good anti waterconing results is to choose suitable injection and production parameters. There are many injection and production parameters influencing the antiwaterconing results, and orthogonal numerical test is one of effective ways to solve these problem. In this paper, the orthogonal experimental design has been conducted on the basis of the principles of orthogonal numerical test design, by consid eration the following seven injection and production parameters, including injection volume, injection rate, injection mode, gasliquid ratio, shutdown days, daily fluid production rate and time of water injection. The ratio of input to output can be used as evaluation index for orthogonal numerical test. On the basis of history matching, orthogonal numerical test and numerical simulation have been finished with nitrogen foam antiwaterconing technology. The study results show that injection volume, daily fluid production rate and time of water injection have significant influence on injection and production parameters of nitrogen foam antiwaterconing. The significant order of parameters are injection volume, daily fluid production rate, time of water injection, gasliquid ratio, injection mode, injection rate and shutdown days. The results of orthogonal numerical test can provide a theoretical guidance for injection and production parameter optimization with nitrogen foam antiwaterconing technolo~% and is very significant for practical aoplication.
